Google The Check Up 2025 marked one of Google’s first major health-focused events, bringing together research, AI, and real-world impact under a single experience. The brand centered on people first—real moments, real emotion, real warmth—using photography and film to capture the imperfect, human side of health. Candid imagery and thoughtful portraiture highlighted a wide spectrum of experiences, from clinicians and caregivers to patients, families, and communities, emphasizing how health is lived differently by everyone it touches.
That human foundation was paired with a flexible visual system built from soft, approachable shapes used to crop and layer imagery into expressive collages. These compositions reflected the many ways Google Health intersects with daily life. To connect health and AI, flowing linework drawn from the Google Health identity was reintroduced in the Google AI gradient, creating a clear visual bridge between care and computation. These elements extended across stage design, demo kiosks, motion, and spatial graphics, shaping an environment that felt warm, legible, and connected. The result was an experience that translated complex health technology into something personal, accessible, and grounded in humanity.
